    Hospitality cleaning between guest reservations include the following items.  Please let us know prior to reservation if you have any special requests.  

    Kitchen

    • Wash dirty dishes & put away

    • Clean Coffee Pot

    • Wipe counter tops

    • Clean sink

    • Empty trash

    • Vacuum / mop floor​

    • Fill Coffee/Creamer/Sugar

    • Clean microwave

    Bathroom(s)

    • Wipe mirrors

    • Clean bath / shower

    • Clean sink

    • Wipe counter tops

    • Clean toilet

    • Empty trash

    • Vacuum then mop floor​

    Bedroom & Living Area (s)

    • Make bed(s)

    • Wipe surfaces

    • Vacuum furniture

    • Empty trash

    • Stage (according to photos)

    • Vacuum / mop floors

    • Wipe top of headboard

  • Deep Cleanse

    Recommended once a quarter or after reservations over two weeks.  All hospitality tasks included . Add "Deep Cleanse" service when checking out -

    additional $100. plus $28/half hour prorated if time exceeds alloted time. 

    Kitchen

    • Dust baseboards

    • Clean inside oven

    • Wipe cabinet doors

    • Clean and replace all dishes, glassware and flatware

    • Clean windows

    • Wipe ceiling fans & vents

    • Wipe on top of refrigerator

    • Clean under grates of stove

    • Oven (discuss by phone add $35)

    • Refrigerators w/neglect  ($45)

    Bathroom(s)

    • Dust baseboards

    • Clean inside cabinets

    • Wipe window panes

    • Clean blinds

    • Wipe ceiling fans & vents

    Bedroom & Living Area (s)

    • Wipe baseboards

    • Move & clean behind furniture (where possible)

    • Wipe window panes

    • Clean blinds (add $15/room)

    • Wipe ceiling fans & vents

    • Vacuum underneath rugs
